VirnetX Announces the 2015 Annual Stockholder Meeting

The VirnetX 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 10:00 am. Pacific Daylight Time. The meeting will be held at:

Registration for the meeting will start at 9:00 am.

To attend the meeting you must be the named VirnetX stockholder as of the record date for the Annual Meeting,Thursday, March 26, 2015. Each stockholder will be required to provide a valid picture identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, and verification of stock ownership as of the record date.

Please note the use of cell phones, smartphones, pagers, recording and photographic equipment and/or computers is not permitted in the meeting room at the Annual Meeting.
