HOW CAN I ATTEND THE ANNUAL MEETING? Must be a shareholder as of April 5, 2013.
Attendance at the Annual Meeting is limited to shareholders. Registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on the date of the Annual Meeting, and each shareholder will need proof of identification with valid picture identification such as a driver’s license or passport and verification of stock ownership as of the Record Date, April 5, 2013.
